Return Eligibility

Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date of order dispatch to initiate a return.

Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all packaging in unused condition.

Non-Returnable Items: All Bellou bangles are returnable if they meet the above criteria as their are no hygiene restrictions in place.

Return Process

Step 1 : Contact Us

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@belloustudio.com with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Return Authorisation

Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).

Step 3: Packaging

Securely package the item(s) and include your RA number inside the package. Returns without an RA number will not be processed.

Step 4: Shipping

Ship your return to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will process your refund within 3-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Partial Refunds: Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.

Exchanges

We currently accept direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same return process and contact our team prior to request a  Return Authorisation (RA) number. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@belloustudio.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
