What materials are used for Bellou bangles?

Bellou Bangles are made using a flexible biocompatible tubing with gold or silver leaf fill. They are completely non-toxic and free of mechanical hazards.

Manufactured with care in Thailand, these particular bangles are sourced and supplied from Paris, France.

How do I take care of my bangles?

Bellou bangles are designed to be loved in the everyday. They are water resistant and are able to be worn at the gym, swimming in the pool or ocean and are safe to wear in sauna's or heated spaces.

To take care of your bangles, simply enjoy them as the materials chosen will see them last a lifetime.

Our only rule, is when are they are not on your wrist, look after them by storing them in safe place either in your Bellou pouch or box that are complimentary with all orders.

How can I get my bangles on and off easily?

Place your hand under warm water while sliding the bangles on so that they become warm and flexible.

Are Bellou bangles stretchy?

They are not stretchy, but they are flexible.

How do I determine my size for Bellou bangles?

At this stage, we offer one size. To find your best size, measure the diameter of the widest part of your hand, not your wrist.

The inner circumference of the bangles are 7.5 inches / 19.05 cms

Can I find help with creating a stack of Bellou bangles?

Of course! Bellou bangles are designed to be worn together in a stack. To create your stack, explore each product and add to cart as you go.

What provider do you use to send out my order?

Bellou Studio uses Australia Post for all orders.

Express and regular postage services are available and can be selected at the checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

As all of our products are in stock and ready to dispatch upon purchase, please allow 1 business day from time of purchase to receive tracking information.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation from us confirming your order details, delivery details which you can use to track your order.

Can I change my order details after it has been placed?

Of course, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend the order, such as changing colours or adding products. If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we are still able to amend any personal details also, such as your shipping address.

If your order has been dispatched, further changes are unable to be made.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Due to the high value of our orders, our delivery services require signature upon delivery.

What do I do if I miss my delivery?

We use Australia Post for all shipment. If you miss your delivery drop off, your order will be taken to your local Australia Post outlet and may be collected with photographic identification.

RETURNS & PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA and Mastercard and Shopify Pay. Please note that payment methods such as Klarna and Afterpay may be introduced at a later time.

My payment is not processing, what should I do?

In most cases, a declined payment is due to insufficient funds, an expired card or security limitations set by your payment provider. We recommend contacting your payment provider or bank for further assistance.

What is your return policy?

All products purchased at full price from our online store may be returned for a credit in Australia if returned unworn, in saleable condition within 14 days of dispatch date. *Some exclusions may apply.

Items purchased during any archive or promotional period are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind unless deemed faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. 

Bellou Studio does not accept returns if products are not returned in their original condition or packaging. Bellou Studio does not accept returns if products are returned outside of the specified return timeframe.

Bellou Studio reserve the right to return the piece(s) to the sender, should any of the above occur.

To request a return you will need the original order order number and email address used for the order to email our team and lodge your return.

If I purchased my Bellou bangles at an individual retailer and stockist of the brand, can I return it via your website?

We do not accept returns for items purchased through individual retailers or stockists of the Bellou brand. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact the store where you made your purchase directly. They will be able to assist you according to their return and exchange policies.
